Weird 100% GPU usage issue Radeon 6850

I started getting 100% GPU usage and no GPU clocks after installing 12.4, I think. I've spent 3 hours today uninstalling and reinstalling trying to narrow this down.

Now I'm back on 11.9. However, I still have 100% GPU usage at desktop, though it takes a while to kick in. Totally flumoxxed, I started just killing anything and everrying in Task Manager.

It turns out it was run32dll.exe...Which I know is a common virus target, but going nuts with your GPU isn't really a common thing, and anyway, I scanned.

How can I figure out what DLL is causing this? It's not Flash, because after I killed rundll32 it's fine in Chrome.
 
Never mind, figured it out. Caught a Bitcoin virus.

Shit, I haven't gotten hit in years, and years. No idea what the vector was...
