Ok so i am pretty lenient as well as the company owner on people visiting social network websites. Unfortunately some people abuse and now its time to monitor. Is there a good piece of software which will do that. I search this forum but most stuff was on network bandwith monitoring.

Is this a big company? On a domain?
We use Websense, and it's been working great at filtering which includes monitoring features.

Websense and its licensing renewals might be a bit expensive. I have looked at some alternatives, but apparently they don't offer the same in-depth reporting that Websense does.

What's your budget, if I may ask? Either way, you can evaluate their products to see if they even meet your needs.

Websense is a great filter tool, but for 15 desktops it may be a little extreme
