So, within the past few days or so, my PC began having a weird problem. Each time I go to a website page or if a page is being loaded, there is a long delay (around 15-20 seconds) before I can do anything on the page, whether scrolling down, click on something, etc...
I've looked at the Resource monitor and nothing seems too out of ordinary. It's not the internet connection because my other PCs are doing fine (without this delay).
This on a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 with a Sempron 145 run Windows 7 64-bit. Boot drive is a Crucial M4 120GB SSD. Since I don't have an Antivirus program installed, maybe my PC caught a virus of some sort?
