I currently have website that I use iWeb to manage my website because I use a mac. But I'm trying to get some money from all the ads that I can post up but iWeb lacks one thing that I need to put the link in every single page of my website. I cannot duplicate it. Is there any programs that I can manage my website so it will be easier to fix and create more pages?
 
Using any website manager will severely limit your control. Just search and learn some basic html and you'll be able to make a much better space.

Try dreamweaver.
