Alright, I remember finding a website on here, where among other things, you could buy LEDs in bulk. One of the characteristics about it however, was that it was based in Europe, and not here. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Had pretty much the cheapest LEDs of any site.
 
Not what I'm looking for. I don't need opinions on sites to buy from, I need to know if anyone has the site I'm looking for.
 
Check eBay instead. You can get some REALLY bright leds in bulk for a pretty good price, and in all sorts of colors. I usually buy from here: http://stores.ebay.com/BestHongKong_5mm-LED_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZQ2d1QQftidZ2QQtZkm

The white leds can go up to 25000 mcds, and their color LEDs vary from 8000 mcds to 16000 (depending on the color). I can tell ya, the blue LEDs are brilliant, and the white ones are super bright when you look at 'em directly (not recommended :D). I never thought that leds could be this bright. The only problem is the slow shipping. Expect upwards to 2 weeks to get it, as it will come directly from their factory in China.

If the site you're looking for is cheaper/better than this, then I'm sorry for wasting your time :p.

I've ordered from them several times. Shipping takes a little while (7-10 days) but you can't beat their prices.

*edit* I see someone linked to besthongkong's ebay page, I'd suggest buying directly from their site though. The shipping seems to be a bit faster that way.
 
If you want bright LED's...the THC3 ones at LSDiodes are retardedly bright. 24000mcd for the white ones. Ship via USPS priority mail, so they're fast too. Not to mention they have the freebies for your orders.
