Webcam Software for Project Logs

I just mounted a Logitech webcam on my workbench so I can document my projects better as I work. I really want to find a simple program for windows that takes a snapshot every time I push a button. The easier and simpler it is to use, the better.

I know I can do this with the manufacturer software, but its very bloated and slow. I don't even need to preview the image, I just want it to snap and quit.

Any ideas?
