• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

welll shit, i downloaded this, and it didnt work i still got an error, please help!

Do you have a specific reason for putting it on a a domain controller?

wpi installer is whats giving me errors, because its my only server 2008 box

Are you able to specify a different username? Just create a domain account to run the service under. If possible I would recommend not running SQL on your domain controller.

running 64 bit version of windows, downloaded: Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 Express Edition with Service Pack 1 x64

This error:
"SQL Server Setup Failure"
SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:
Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created.

@dsd, not via wpi, i have 2 auth. choices: integrated windows, or specify my own password
