i'm looking for a web conferencing software package for a small nonprofit org. 4-8 users, they each need to be able to see the and hear all the other users. video quality is not that important, 320x240 is fine. all users run windows xp. suggestions under $300 are helpful. thanks very much!
 
i can ask the project manager, 4 people may be enough. he's willing to pay for a software package, but free is better, of course. thanks for the info about skype.
 
Assuming you are using Windows, you can try NeetMeeting, which comes with it. If it doesn't do enough, then spend money.

If you want something fancier, Polycom makes some full-featured software:

The trouble you may run into with all of the stuff I suggested, is that you may be stuck with only one on one conversations. If OpenMCU ever matures that would solve that issue, but it hadn't last time I checked.
 
You may consider RHUB (http://www.rhubcom.com/). It is a plug-and-play appliance-based web conferencing solution regardless of platforms. It comes with 4-way video. Compared to subscription service, it is a 3-10 month pay back purchase.
