Lower clock, lower voltages and video card at default still does a handsome job. Temps are outstanding as well.

That 980X should perform well for a couple of years unless you are one of those junkie types that is constantly craving newer and better. :D
 
nice setup. I have that same case for my htpc. I had to put some tape over the power led to lower the intensity since it is really bright.
 
Naaaarf.. how much ballpark did that cost to put together, if you don't mind my asking?

I had everything on hand already with the exception of the case, but I would guesstimate in the ballpark of $2100. US.
