So I go out last night to this local computer shop and we looked around and my roommate was like hey they have water cooling. So I looked at it (Thermaltake BigWater) and than realized it was just about perfect for my case.

It was very easy to setup took a few hours between me and him but we got it done. Unfortunately We split the coolant onto the motherboard so I let it sit overnight and started up this morning. It went without a hitch.

I have 2 questions:
1. Will the air bubbles work themselves out or do I need to do something?
2. When can I switch straight up to Distilled water?

The bubbles will work themselves out over a few days. You can help this along a little by tipping the computer in all directions with the water cooling system running.

You can switch to distilled water at any time, but you should still add something to stop little critters from growing in the water............... :D

You should be using distilled water with some sort of additive from the get go anyway. NO TAP WATER!!!

As for the bubbles, I find it best to shake and turn the radiator around as most of the bubbles "hide" in there when you first set it up.
