Umm, the new version of [H]orde|Central is stickied at the top and contains the link to the new guide.

Granted, it's missing some things but contains the latest info for what 90% of us need right now. I meant to finish it before I went into the hospital a few months ago but never did and then the v7 client came out and blah blah blah.
