WD2500KS Problem.. help plz

I received this drive because my other one crashed and I RMA'd to get it replaced. In BIOS it shows up, but when I boot into windows on my other hard drive, I go to find the drive but I can only find it in device manager. It won't let me re format it. When I boot from cd drive with Vista OS it tells me there is no drives found.

Anyone have any thoughts? :confused:
