I recently purchased a prebuilt PC (ASUS) that has a 1T M.2 hard drive. It came with Windows 11 preinstalled. Windows reports it as a Western Digital SN 560. I plan to partition it leaving about half the drive for Windows, Office, Photoshop or Gimp, drivers, antivirus, utilities etc. The other half I plan to be use for work storage files (mainly word, exel, and photos). The PC didn't come with any documents detailing the parts installed. I am not finding any beter info from the ASUS website. I also havent had any luck with WD's site. Should I have any concerns about this drive for my particular use? Does anyone know much about this particular drive?
 
I see SN550 and SN570 listed on Amazon as "WD Blue" drives. I'm guessing that the SN560 is a similar Gen 3 NVMe drive, probably specifically sold to OEM's (this is common / normal).
Should certainly be fine for what sounds like pretty non-intensive work.
