I have a relatively new 2gb eads western digital hard drive for my WHS v1 box and I noticed tonight it has a smart error showing. I ran the western digital quick test on the drive and it passes. Running the extended test now. Should I be worried about this error? Some places I read say it isn't critical and others say to rma the drive.

Any info/advise is appreciated.

I see no warnings and raw read error rate is normal to be non-zero. Your drive looks to be in perfect health.
