WD RMA sucks

I have been very happy with WD RMA stuff. I have had to use them countless times (yea, not found of WD). Usually once you get through that tech support crap to prove it is really not work, it is smooth shipping.
 
Have you ever used their advanced RMA? It's the best RMA I've ever used.
 
Agreed. WD Advanced RMA is awesome. Only pay the return shipping - they even give you an approved box and packing! Never had a problem with the credit card hold, even when using a debit card :eek: If you RMA a Raptor, the replacement ships out 2nd Day Air to boot, although the 7200 drives go out Ground.
