It doesn't look like I'm getting optimal results from my WD Black 2TB. Can someone tell me what can be holding me back? I should be getting around 140k read/write transfer rates.

Sorry for the horrible pic but I don't know how to save an atto image to a file.

You pic is broken. Nobody call help without seeing some numbers. 403 error. And if you want to save ATTO as a pic, hit ALT + Prt Scr and paste into favorite image editor and save.
 
Actually those results don't look bad to me. Even if you think you should be hitting 140 it is close enough to what you are getting you wouldn't be able to tell the difference in real world usage. If you are running an antivirus you might disable it to run the test to see if it is slowing disk access a tiny bit but overall those numbers look pretty normal for a single disk to me.
