I have an abit iT7 motherboard and this hard drive won't work on it. I installed the drivers and ran a program to update my bios. Windows detects the hard drive and it seems everything is working properly, but it's not. If I copy files directly from my other 120gb wd hd directly onto it, everything is fine. But when I download files onto it, they are corrupt. After awhile windows just starts telling me all the recently created files are all corrupt and runs scan disk which only denies me access to more files. I have tried formatting it in NTFS and have also sent it back to WD to get a new one, but I get the same probs.

Any ideas? Anyone else have this prob?
