For my next build I'm thinking about going mATX in an X-QPACK2. I would like to WC the CPU only, and I would like to do it with a minimum of case modding. Would the following loop squeeze into that case?

Danger Den db-1 pump
Swiftech 1x80 or 1x120 rad
D-Tek Fuzion v2
Switftech MCRES-Micro or 3.5" bay reservoir failing that

My largest concern is where the radiator would fit and how to mount it. I'm not averse to drilling a few holes if I have to and I'm thinking about replacing the windows with mesh anyway, so maybe I could put pushpins through holes in the mesh depending on how strong it is? Any thoughts on that?

And would this be a good enough loop to beat good air cooling? Bear in mind that top-of-the-line air coolers are much too tall to fit in that case without Dremeling out part of the right-hand support bar, so I'd have to find someone's Dremel to borrow or be limited to a low-profile Zalman or something.

 
For the 120mm I would drill a hole in the plate above the I/O and run my tubes through there to the radiator on the outside of the case. You might be able to mount a 120mm radiator internally but it would require removal of the support bar. You mentioned mounting it possibly to the side panel but that would also probably require removing a part of the support bar. I've seen a few microflys/qpacks modded on here that have watercooling so that might be a good place to start for some ideas.

Even for a 1x92 or 1x80? It seems to me like it should fit. And if I replace the window with mesh I can have the fan push the air right out the side. Does that sound viable?

I'm actually building a system for a friend in one of these cases soon so I'll be able to put hands on it and get a better sense of its size, just brainstorming here.

What does "essentially a BlP" mean? Is there any merit to that statement or are they just name-dropping a popular competitor to drum up sales?
