The following is what I will be cooling:
AMD Phenom II x4 965
Gigabyte ga-890fxa-ud7 Northbridge
AMD 6xxx (x2) - more than likely the 6970 (new 5870)
After reading around on multiple forums, and finding the most useful information here, I figured you all could help me decide if the following rads, res, and pumps would be sufficent. If not, please tell me what you would do. I would prefer to have everything inside the case, I don't like the look of external rads. Budget is out the window, I just want a good build and not have to go back and redo it 3 times

Cooler Master Haf X
Rads:
Swiftech MCR320 120.3
Swiftech MCR120 120.1
Res:
Koolance RP-450X2 Dual
Pump:
Koolance PMP-450S
I am thinking about running the loop like this: Res>Pump>CPU>MB>120.1>GPU's>120.3>back to Res
Now I have read that the above may not be the best option, so if I ran a dual loop with 1 res and dual pumps it would look like: (loop 1) Res>Pump>CPU>MB>120.3>back to Res, (loop 2) Res>Pump>GPU's>120.1>Back to Res
Open to all comments (not worried about blocks yet)
