The following is what I will be cooling:

AMD Phenom II x4 965
Gigabyte ga-890fxa-ud7 Northbridge
AMD 6xxx (x2) - more than likely the 6970 (new 5870)

After reading around on multiple forums, and finding the most useful information here, I figured you all could help me decide if the following rads, res, and pumps would be sufficent. If not, please tell me what you would do. I would prefer to have everything inside the case, I don't like the look of external rads. Budget is out the window, I just want a good build and not have to go back and redo it 3 times :).

Case:
Cooler Master Haf X

Rads:
Swiftech MCR320 120.3
Swiftech MCR120 120.1

Res:
Koolance RP-450X2 Dual

Pump:
Koolance PMP-450S

I am thinking about running the loop like this: Res>Pump>CPU>MB>120.1>GPU's>120.3>back to Res

Now I have read that the above may not be the best option, so if I ran a dual loop with 1 res and dual pumps it would look like: (loop 1) Res>Pump>CPU>MB>120.3>back to Res, (loop 2) Res>Pump>GPU's>120.1>Back to Res

Your Delta T's will be fine imho.

From a BIX 240 w/ Ultra Kazes and a BIS with a single antec in pull i get 38c idle on my GPU (6870) with 32c Average idle 42c loads on my CPU (i7 920. stock volts) , all fans at full bore. You should see similar temps with a good set of fans on your rads, and your 120.1 is significantly thicker than my BIS, AND your pump is stronger than mine.

Dont worry about dual loops, your temp difference will be insignificant, as your liquid reaches a equilibrium from the load(s)
 
So you would stay with the single loop with both radiators instead of the dual loop? I am just trying to ensure that a 120.1 and 120.3 in the same loop can handle 2 gpu's, CPU and NB. Thanks!!

On second thought, what is everyone's opinion on the following:

Loop 1:
2x 5870's on the 120.1

Loop 2:
CPU and MB on 120.3

Will that be adequate heat dispersion? Thanks!
