I have not decided if I will keep my existing CPU / GPU or wait until Vista comes out and upgrade it all at once, so I will not include water blocks. My case is also a smaller HT box, so 120 mm rads are out of the question as I only have 80 mm fans inside and want to keep everything internal.

Thinking of:

Tubing: Masterkleer 7/16" ID
Radiators: Black Ice Micro II x2 - OR -
Black Ice Micro II and Black Ice Micro x2
Pump / Res: Alphacool Laing DDC-Pump 12V Ultra + Water Tank (is the Ultra or Pro better?)

I don't know if a 2nd Micro II will fit properly, so I was going to use 2x Micros instead if this doesn't work. The "water tank" attached to the pump is supposed to take the place of a reservoir, correct? Should I have a seperate reservoir?

I'm assuming by buying this stuff now and finding the best methods to fit it into my case, that I'll be ok in the future when I upgrade my CPU / GPU and get waterblocks for them. There's no downside in doing it this way is there?

I'm really looking for the best options available, are these what I should be getting?

include more details of what cpu/gpu you have, and maybe a link to the case. an 8800gtx heats up more than a 6600gt. I have a Micro x2 for cooling nothing but 4 hard drives, and it does the job. the water tank would take the place of a reservoir. the DDC pumps are a good choice, they are small, quiet, and have plenty of addons and aftermarket products.

Ideally I'll be upgrading my CPU / GPU to the latest in a few months, so they are somewhat unknown at this point. The case is a Silverstone CW01-WD which can be found here:

It's somewhat of an experimental setup as I don't think many / anyone has done watercooling with this case. The main purpose of getting the pump and radiator now are to experiment with locations within the case. I just wanted to make sure that they were good choices and somewhat 'future proof' as watercooling goes.
