WC Noob, Looking for a little help!

I've been reading the forums and various sites over the past week or so, I had always wanted to Water Cool my system, but didn't think my current set up was worth it:

2800+ ATHLON 64
1 Gig Kingston Value Ram (DDR400)
Geforce 6800GT
Abit KV8 Mother Board....
(the rest of the specs don't matter here)

So... Decided to waste some money and I finally took the plunge and bought the following upgrades:

MB K8N NEO2 PLATINUM MSI Mother Board
3800+ ATHLON 64 (socket 939)
*I am looking for RAM suggestions as well for OC*

My question at hand.... Now with the new Proc, MB, and Assuming I'm keeping the GT... What would be my best solution / possibilities for Water Cooling?

Right now I have a Coolermaster Praetorian Case (aluminum), 1x80mm Fan on the Back 2x80mm on the front, and 1x80mm on the top...

Guide Me!!!!! What do I need? What should I look for?! I've been to various sites that have Water cooling products and such, and all it does is confuse me...

I am looking at cooling, CPU / GPU & Mem if possible / Chipset...
