I would like to get into water cooling with my curent rig, but also be able to upgrade later. I have S939, but will go LGA775 in a few months. I think, for now it will just be a CPU system, then later a CPU/NB. Could someone help me find the best parts/places to get what I need?
 
Honestly?

I'd wait until you upgrade to the 775 system to go watercooling. Buying a universal waterblock is generally more expensive (either through initial cost or through upgrade plates) than a 775 waterblock.

However, if you got a double/triple radiator (any kind really, I prefer the MCR series), the MCP655 pump, a D-tek fuzion waterblock (with the appropriate plates) and an MCW30 NB heatsink... You should be fine for any CPU/NB loop in the future.

Go for a triple radiator if you can fit it, if you ever want to go GPU WCed too.
 
The D-Tek Fuzion "is" a universal block so you would be fine ;)

Arcy's advice on the loop setup is excellent and generally well accepted in the watercooling community. The only advice I can give you is to do the right choices now to avoid wasting money on upgrades down the road.
