What are your guys standard maintenance for loops? How often to flush, with what? How often to change to new distilled water? How long to run no leak test?

Unless something unusual happens, I flush mine once a year. I use deminieralized water which is a bit better.

Whenever I do an upgrade that requires me to drain my loop, I clean all my waterblocks and flush my rads with distilled water. Whatever I can find at the store that has a distilled stamp on it.

Honestly, I've found that the only thing that ever has anything in it is the cpu block... These suckers are like filters now days.

I've been using clear PC-Ice as coolant.

Unless you're still using XP there is zero reason to reinstall windows these days.

And for WC, depends on what crap you're putting in that loop. UV coolants / dyes, usually required 2-3 times a year. Distilled + silver coils, like once a year if that.

If you're using any of the Nuke type additives, use it sparingly or you will gunk up the loop.

Honestly I just look for leaks when i'm filling and bleeding my loop. I would suggest using something antimicrobial/antifungal. killcoil, or some pc ice/pt nuke.

I usually flush out my loop once a year, and I've gone longer if everything looks clean still. I use distilled and PT Nuke.

For leak testing I usually let things run for about 15 minutes outside of the case. After connecting things I keep an eye on it for a couple of hours. I've found that if something is going to leak it leaks immediately and the only time I had a leak it was instant as one of my fittings wasn't sealing things right. I know some people run things outside of the case for up to 24 hours (and I did with my first WC build) but since then I've learned that this is excessive and a waste of valuable time that could be used to OC.

yeah i'm pretty much the same. i like to know that my loop can run for prolonged periods of time without any maintenance (the exception being cleaning the fans and blowing the dust bunnies from the rads). so i ensure the loop is built right first time.

I do a 24 hour leak test with my pumps on the highest setting and once again, I use demin H20, just my choice.

Distilled is generally more pure than demineralized so i recommend distilled. Ive gone over a year without changing distilled with no additives or kill coil and it was crystal clear when i finally did empty it to upgrade.

my constant swapping of components is more than enough as far as changing water is concerned (do it about 2-3 times a year). As far as anti-bacterial stuff go, I just go with a single silver killcoil in my reservoir, no need for anything else.
