I'm working on building a new wc setup, but had a couple questions.

I have a Comair Rotron 176mm (?) and a Panaflo 120mm fan. The Comair is loud! But, I plan on using a fan controller to control the RPM's. Now, I know the Comair pushes some serious air. I mean a LOT! Question is: Does having more airflow through the radiator increase the cooling capacity; or to be more exact will the Comair do a better job of keeping the temps down under load? I know both will keep it near ambient (+ 2&deg approx), as I have used the 120mm in a previous build. All air will be sent through the radiator, with a perfectly sealed shroud.

I am planning on just cooling the CPU for now, but adding a GPU and HD cooler (going for quiet eventually, but the capability to crank up the fan for higher CPU speed and full load).

It's going to be a kick ass setup, if I say so myself. The plans are looking great. Something new, something old. Just won't be able to go through airport security with it! ;)
