Watermarking ~ Where is the Place Options Command in Photoshop CS3? (sans imageready)

I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and have had a bit of a frustration looking for the "Place" options like this (from ImageReady CS2):

I'm basically trying to place a logo and specify its location on the bottom right of each photo of a folder with the automated batch method. I'm still a bit new to CS3, so if there are features that I haven't learned about (possibly easing this process), please share them with me
