Is there a database that lists the amount of heat that a certain radiator can handle (I know there are other factors in the equation, but in best case scenario)?

If not, it may be something that I would like to make.

I want to be able to compare what radiator I should use for a given CPU at a certain speed (I know wattage charts are out there for those).

I see a lot of people asking (myself as well; single 120mm Chevette Heater Core for a quad core seems kinda low) if a certain rad can handle certain CPU's. I'd just like to compile information on it all. Maybe add waterblocks, airflow, etc. into a user DB to compare it to. (with a given score taking all temps into account; i.e. ambient, etc.).

And comments, suggestions, or if this is even possible?
 
Just look for some radiator reviews...

A general number to toss around is, depending upon what temperatures you are looking at, 100-150W per every 120mm^2 of surface area.
