Watercooling system suggestion

I'm to make a dual system watercooled acrylic case sometime soon.
I'm on a bit of a budget (I just found out I'm $300 short of finishing the system I'd hoped to put together :)).

Anyway, here's what I have so far:

Custom made acrylic cylinder (what should I use to seal this) reservoir.
V 1/2"
12"x6" new, nice painted heatercore at the bottom of the front bezel.
V 1/2"

And from here, we have choices:

I'm planning on a pump somewhere between 2 of the $20 via aqua 1300's in 2 loops and 1 of the $60 via aqua 3300 (which has much, much, much higher power at higher heads).

And I need copper implements to cool these: a64 90nm 3000+ heavily overclocked, axp 2400+ Tbred C, ti4200, ti6800GT. I'm not really concerned with cooling the RAM on the video cards.

The reservoir + core + pumps will be in a relatively isolated compartment, to help w/ the risk of leaks.

Your advice strongly requested. Thanks in advance.
