1.Where is a good reliable place to get parts?
2.What brands do i wanna avoid?
3. (see sig for specs) what would u recommend for parts for my system wanna kept total cost under $600
 
1) In my opinion, Sidewindercomputers.com is the place to go.

2) I will not bash any products, because I haven't used them all.
I have used: Swiftech pumps,radiators and the Micro-Res. Swiftech blocks, Watercool de (ie HeatKiller) blocks, and BitsPower blocks. I will only use BitsPower fittings.
Currently I have a HeatKiller CPU block,BitsPower chipset block,Swiftech mcp-655 pump,MicroRes 2.0, and ThermoChill 120.3 Radiator.

3) what are you planning on cooling???
 
I have to agree with sidewindercomputers are pretty good. Cheap stuff and quick shipping.
 
1. Sidewindercomputers.com or petrastechshop.com. Newegg has some stuff every once in a while, but their WC supplies are limited.

2. Avoid the all in one kits. They're typically overpriced and underperform. Other than that, just read the reviews on whatever fits your budget and you like. I'm partial to swiftech blocks and bitspower fittings. I would highly recommend getting compression fittings instead of barbs and clamps. They are much easier to work with and are less likely to leak. For the video cards, I would suggest looking at full cover blocks if you can get them in your budget. They are typically a little of $100 a piece, but they are really quite nice. Just make sure yours are reference cards so the cooler will fit properly and not short anything out. If you go with a typical GPU only block, it is a good idea to put a fan blowing over the voltage regulator and ram heatsinks.

3. $600 should enough to cool everything with a nice system. With the i7 and 2x 260s I would definitely look at the 3x120mm rads at the minimum (assuming it's all going to be WC) unless you plan on getting multiple rads to put in.

i was thinking of wc just cpu and gpu's. so my thought was 1 big 3x120 rad on top along with the res with a rad in it.
 
i have personally always used dangerden, and i have recieved very good service from them, i had ordered 2 fill ports for my rig (along with a ton of other stuff), and only 1 showed i e-mailed them that day and i had the part the next morning.. i was liveing in hawaii at the time, and this is nearly impossible to accomplish they would have had to ship the part overnight which would have cost in the neighborhood of 100+$ to hawaii for a 10$ part.. i was very pleased, and a little astounded.

shop around, find what parts you want then see who has the best price. and remember to avoid mixing metals (alu and copper) at all costs
 
Unless you use cheesy parts, I think that cooling the CPU and two GPUs is going to press the 600 limit.

I have never seen the value in WC GPUs, except for the noise factor. They change so frequently it's just not worth it.

If your going to OC the GPUs, and you already have plans for a CPU loop, its worth it IMHO, so long as you have reasonable space for the extra rad space. For the extra 50mhz or so...its not worth it to set up a WC loop for the GPU alone, but if your setting up a loop for the CPU, and for the hobby aspect, the extra 75$ or so youd spend in a GPU block, extra radiator and tubing....its fun.

OP: I have both D-Tek V2 blocks for CPU and GPU, and im happy with both.

Depends what you mean by "worth it". For newcomers, some all in one kits (like the ones from swiftech) and those sold by petra's are a great way to get started because they're dead easy to install and offer better performance than air.

For experienced users or those looking to heavily overclock, well, they would never consider it to begin with.

Also, Jab-tech is pretty good.
