Hey all. I am about to dive into the realm of watercooling and need a little help.

I currently have a intel P6T motherboard with i7 920 and a 285 GTX. My case is the new corsair 800D.

What I am going for is more silent mode anything else but I would love to have the best of both worlds, silent and performance. I don't mind forking out the cash.

I really like the EK drive bay res. I plan on cooling my CPU and graphics card only. I don't really plan on overclocking my machine(until maybe a later date). I just don't want to hear it sitting on my desk and want to keep it as cool as possible due to the fact it gets warm in our office.

Any help on all the items I would need to complete this project would be nice. I just have no idea when reading up on all these parts which one is going to suit my needs. Thanks for the help.

Heatkiller LT blocks, a soft mounted laing D5, a 120.3 low air flow radiator (Thermochill, Black Ice SR1, Feser, XSPC RX), and a mess of Scythe 1400rpm Gentle Typhoons on a fan controller should do the trick. Put it all in the Corsair 800D case and little to no cutting is required.

I haven't used the EK bay res, but I've had trouble keeping other bay reservoirs from gurgling. I have no problem with a vertical EK tube res.
