Watercooling kit suggestions

Let me start by describing my situation. I recently upgraded to a 8800GTS which has significantly raised my computer's temperature all across the board. It also doesn't help that I live in Hawaii, my room faces the sun in the afternoon, and it can get to an upwards of 90 degrees sometimes. The computer is also put in a corner and given enough ventilation, though barely due to the constraints in my room (nowhere else to put the computer). All my case fans are Nexus fans running at 7V, making them completely silent at half a meter away. I also modded my PSU with a Scythe fan, also running at 7V, and although it's silent, it barely moves any air across the PSU. Ever since I dropped in the 8800GTS, my CPU temp went from 50 C idle to 67 C idle (E4300 at 2.88 GHz on a Scythe Ninja, and assuming 100 C Tjunction). The power supply has also went from slightly warm to very warm, too warm for my liking.

I want to switch over to water cooling in order to move the heat from inside the case to outside. I know that it won't be as quiet as air cooling or necessarily cool better, I just need a way to move the heat from inside to out. This means that an aftermarket cooler for the 8800GTS won't help because it'll just keep the warm air inside the case. I also need a kit that has blocks for the CPU, GPU, and northbridge. I have a Thermalright HR-03 on the northbridge right now and it's sufficient, but I figured that if I'm gonna go water cooling, I might as well remove the biggest heat sources in the case. I'll also be leaving all the case fans on since they are completely silent.

Right now I'm looking at the Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra+, which I thought was the only kit that came with blocks for the CPU, GPU, and northbridge, but I recently discovered that other companies have kits that include 3 blocks too. I was wondering if you guys could give me recommendations on which kit would be good for my purpose. The importance factors for me goes as follows (in order from most important to least):

1. Silence
2. Cooling ability
3. Mountability
4. Ease of installation

I'm only interested in kits as this will be my first watercooling project and I don't feel experimental enough to deal with picking out individual parts. If possible, I would like to be able to somehow mount it on the outside of my case, but barring that, a standalone unit (like the Zalman ones) is fine too. The main thing is to keep the radiator on the outside.

No company manufactures a watercooling kit that does cpu/gpu that is worth a damn. Petra just takes all the parts listed off his shelves and packages them together with a slight discount.

All the good kits are just existing products packaged together. Only really low quality ones come pre-assembled, so there's really no benefit to a kit vs. buying all the parts by hand other than maybe price.

I have an AC in my room but I can't leave it running all the time.

I've configured a Petra CoolKit GPU Elite, added the ramsinks for a 8800, and picked the 3-fan radiator with 3 low speed Yate Loons. My thinking process is that since the Yate Loons are the same fan as the Nexus ones I have in my case, I can undervolt them to 7V for silent running and make up for the lower speed with the larger radiator.

I have some questions though before I commit to buying:

1. I'm getting a northbridge block. I have a 965P-DS3 and it looks like the Swiftech MCW30 is the only one that Petra's carries that will work. Can someone confirm this?

2. I think I'll get a reservoir, but how big of one do I need and do I need to buy any accessories to add it to the system?

3. What additives should I get? I heard Water Wetter is good but smells really bad.
