can it be done .. or should i sell it and get the original stacker since it has a better layout with an option for the psu on the top leaving the whole bottom open ?

Yes.
;)

i could make it work .. only problem is the bottom has the psu which sucks .. but i could still fit the pump in front of it .. and the rad behind it

I wouldn't buy a new old stacker. My PSU does not fit right in the top of the old stacker.

it is an Enermax 620 watt, but I removed the fan grill and it fits, it's tight and I might have removed some paint getting it to work, but it fits without the grill.

as for teh 810 when I looked at it, I was thinking to mount the radiator inside where the double 120mm fas go, Would this be an option or no? I was thinking it could be done when I looked at the 810, which would actualy be better than putting the radiator in the front...But not sure if it is truely an option.

no .. cuz the the top of the 120 is the top of the case . so it would fit .. and the bottom would hit the video card
