Watercooling for folding

you wanna vent hot air out of the case, not in...
 
I think just having two on the inside blowing out would be sufficient. You won't get much better performance with a push/pull config unless you have a super constrictive radiator. Typically, fans(and/or radiators) at the top of a case exhaust air going up. Heat rises in any case (heh, I made a pun), so you'll be taking advantage of the existing convection. Besides, if you do it that way, you can stick the case under your desk and use it as a foot-warmer!

 
But if I have two on the inside blowing out, isnt that just blowing warm air over the rad? and then should ther ebe ahole in the top of the case so it just inst blowing against the top of the case?
 
You'll want to cut some holes in the top of your case to vent the air out. And if you can live with the fans sitting on top of your box, will work a bit better in a pull config. Most fans, much like my ex wife, suck better than they blow.

Yes, of course. You also might consider putting some sort of louvres or perforation on the sides of the case near the top so there is more fresh air available for the fans.
