Well, here it is. Not quite complete yet - I still need to dress up the rad, maybe swap out the fans for yate loon, and it's hasn't fully bled yet. Otherwise it's fully functional. Passed 24+ leak test with flying colors - I was twisting and shaking that heck out of the loop trying to get rid of bubles but none of the connections gave up... I guess having all those clamps helps :D Unfortunately when I started assembling everything, I made a mistake and most of that air from t-line got back into the loop :( Oh well, I hope with time t-line will capture it all, or I'm gonna refill it anyways, I noticed a particle floating in the stream, dunno where it came from, I've flashed everything with distilled water, even used vinegar thing with the heatercore. I also found I don't like masterkleer tubing, it's too easy to kink compared to my old tygon... I guess it doesn't pay too be cheap with this stuff :D Luckily, I had some old coolsleeves lying around to fix that. However, masterkleer+coolsleeves comes out more expensive than Tygon :)

Specs are in my sig :) I was able to oc to 3.6ghz (400fsb) at 1.4vcore with 34c idle/52c load with room temp around 72-74F. It's stable for an hour in orthos, will run overnight to confirm :)

Any comments or feedback are appreciated. Please don't tell me about the ugly rad, I know it is, I'm gonna fix it soon :D

The ONLY reason I like masterkleer is for the smaller ID... Makes it less likely to leak.

Oh, and it puts a lot less pressure on your plexiglass topped blocks, less crack prone.

I've got tygon with the same id and od, feels much more better. Costs about 4x as much but less likely to kink... Although it doesn't hurh to cool-sleeve it too ;) Although on the other hand you right, masterkleer doesn't seem to apply as much pressure on the barbs/fittings. I mean there's weight of the tubing but the walls on masterkleer are much softer and don't apply as much tensile pressure as tygon does..

Edit: I'm noticing that changing the fan speeds from 2300rpm to 1600rpm doesn't really affect my load temp... I guess, I need a bigger rad :) Air coming out is really warm, compared to air going into my rad, so it's working pretty well, but it doesn't keep up with my cpu?

Nah, 900 is a mid-tower, not much room inside really :) It is possible, yes, but it will leave me very little room for hds and opticals I can hang a double rad from behind, actually, just dunno which one would best for my money, this heatercore I've had on my old setup, worked fine... I might watercool my 8800gts while I'm at it, as well :D

Question for everyone: this D4 is killing me with it's whine.. so sharp and loud, it's very annoying, it's the single loudest part in my system. What can I do about it? Undervolt it? Get another one? I guess D5 would be my best bet.... or is it DDC2?

D5: bmmmmmmmmmmmm........
DDC2:EEEEEEEEEEEEEE.................

(at least from the recordings I've heard)

my D4 is more like weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, it's like shrieking :D Damn, it's getting so annoying after a while, I don't remember it being so loud in my old system, but then my old system was loud in general - bunch of 80mm fans, loud PSU, videocard, NB fan - ironically, I reused that 40mm fan on p5w NB but silenced it in bios, at 55% is pretty quiet :D In this system, everything is so quiet, not silent but still pretty quiet... and this pump is sticking out like a sore thumb.. I like wrapped it in media envelopes, still whines like a b!tch...
