Watercooled acrylic case question

This might need to go into both the cooling forum and the mod forum... but we'll see... Alright, I managed to get two beantech acrylic cases for dirt cheap ($8 a piece!!!!!!) from HSC's annual anniversary sale. I have a clear BT-8 that I already put some stuff in and an unused green BT-84 that I'm saving for a big mod project. I found the BT-8's construction to be... lacking at best, but its sure easy to take apart and reassemble. The main reasion I don't want to use it is becuase its so plain. The BT-8 strangely enough came with parts, but the BT-84 is just bare... no switches, wires or anything. Makes modding a hell of a lot easier IMO. But anyways, I'm planning to turn this into a watercooled case for my current P4 setup and maybe later a future A64 setup. My main question is a) What's the performace diff between a single 120mm radiator and a dual 120mm and b) would I be able to fit a dual into this case and still have room for two optical drives? I'm asking the second question becuase the only place a dual 120 could possibly go is up top between the PSU and the front of the case, so that immediately blocks one drive, possibly 2. My last question is does anyone have any good ideas as to how to deal with the door fan on this case? It is in a terrible position both airflow-wise and mod-wise. Any ideas on how to incorporate it into a mod? BTW, I'm thinking of going in the direction of Bit-tech.net's Macro Black project. Thanks for any help.
