I got a bit of water on my LIS LCD (looks like it got trapped between the acrylic cover and the actual screen and unit. It won't turn on now, and I'm not gonna mess with it anymore at risk of damaging it. What are the chances it will work once it drys?

It'll probably work fine, those screen are sealed, so when all the water dries up it should work just fine.

Still not working as of this morning =\

My computer recognizes it plugged into COM1 though, but I can't get the damn thing to turn on.

is the water visable by any chance? like if u looked at it if you took it at would it be easy to notice... if so quick dry it with a hair dryer if that doesnt work its gone... something similar happened to me with a tv..

w00t I got it to work. Turns out I knocked the plug out of the back of the LCD when I was installing my watercooling.

lol reminds me of the tech support question... well sir, if nothing happens when you turn the power switch on, is it plugged into the wall?
