water jet cutting

Is something wrong with the one you have? What model of LianLi? and yes I have had some water jet cutting done. Very cool stuff doesnt leave a kurf like does with heat based cutting. All computer controlled cutting, Just about any design and a wide range of thickness from paper thin up to 4 and 6 inches thick of steel. I have a good freind manages a place that does nothing but water jet cutting. Pretty cool stuff and its not cheap. Especially if all you need to have done is one piece. Normally not a price break to do just one piece, If you were doing multiple pieces the cost are less per piece. The expense of 1 piece is due to the machine set up fee and all the work that goes into programing the machine and the such.

Contact chris@customwatercuts.com about watercutting. He's got his own machine and does great work. He's done a bit of work for me and I've been extremely happy with all of his work.
The reason I ask is that I want the front to accomodate 2 120mm fans for a dual fan radiator.
it'd be out of aluminum about as thick as the original Lian li aluminum, (1/8"?), and about the same size as its face... any idea about how much? how much did it cost you penguin?

i don't know much about this myself, but wouldn't this be a little bit of overkill for 1/8" aluminum?
Can't you just use a drill with one of those big bits that are made to cut holes. Sorry forgot names even though I got like 20 of them. They can cut like anything from an inch to liek 8inches as long as the drill is powerful enoguh such as an impact drill. Torque is key. Not speed.

I belive the tool you are refering to is a hole saw.
And for what He wants to do there are less expensive and easy ways to do this with Dremel and hand tools with not much dificulty.
