Suggestions for a decent water cooling kit that wont break the bank for a i7 sandy bridge. and radeon 6970
 
Simple basic kit would be the XSPC Rasa RX360 with a fullcover block for the 6970.

However, that does not cover everything we need to know.

Case?
Budget?
External/internal? (case choice is very important here)
Is the 6970 a reference model or not?
