I am looking at building a new system and have my eyes set onthe Asus P5WD2-E motherboard And I am looking at doing dual PCi-E. I've heard that alot of these cards really need enhanced cooling and am wondering if its possible to do water cooling on multiple video cards in addition to the cpu ? .
 
Shouldn't be a problem at all...

You're just gonna need some lower-profiile GPU blocks for your two graphics cards and a double (maybe even triple) 120 mm radiator to dissipate the added heat.
