Me personally, I'd do this:

Swap the AS5 for AS Ceramique; it's non-conductive, and works better.

From petsmart.com, you can get a danner mag drive model 5 pump, which is a 500gph pump, with a 10'(if I remember correctly, could be 12') head, for $57. So basically, for $7(plus shipping, which isn't much) you get an extra 180gph, and an extra about 4 feet of head, which means a lot better and higher flow all around.

As far as the waterblock goes, save yourself a bunch of money and buy a dangerden RBX block(listed at $52.95 from dangerden). Overclockers.com tests put it on the top of the pile, a slightly higher pressure drop than the polarflo block, but a .13c/w rating compared to the polarflo's .17. And, if you get the danner mag 5 pump(which runs fairly silently, the only problem will be noise from vibration which is easily dampened out, and cavitation), the pressure drop won't be a big deal; you'll be flowing PLENTY of water through that block. The RBX also comes with the Y fitting, so that's one less thing you need to buy.

I would recommend getting two 120mm fans, and two fan shrouds. The reason for this is that one 120mm fan, unless it's ungodly powerful(and likely thus, ungodly loud) will probably not pull or push very much air through the heater core due to how dense the fins are. If you have one fan pushing and one fan pulling, you'll move a lot more air as you'll be pressurizing one side of the heater core, and depressurizing the other side, as opposed to doing just one or the other, which will result in a greater pressure difference between the two sides of the heater-core and thus greater airflow.

Those are just my recommendations based on my experiences(with the pump, and the fans) and what I've read(the waterblock).

I'll get an extra 120mm Fan and Shroud, and go with the dangerden RBX block, but when you said get a danner mag drive model 5 pump from Petsmart i'm completely Lost lol!
1. will it work Exactly the same as the Hydor L30? also Does the Switch for the pump work with it? I'm completely Lost on the pump.

I don't know how the switch for the pump you're referring to works. Does it require re-wiring the pump, and does it fit into a PCI socket, IE, does it automatically turn the pump on with the system? If so, I would assume it would work, but it will void your warranty on the danner mag 5.

There's a link to the page where you can buy a danner mag drive model #5(the 500gph one) from. It's a REALLY good pump, I have one for my watercooling rig. You'll need to buy barbed fittings for it, however, but those will only cost you a couple bucks at the hardware store. If you don't want to spend almost $60 on the pump, you could get the model 3, which is 350gph, and I think around a 6 or 7 foot head(so about the same pressure rating as the hydor, but slightly higher flow, for less money). I recommend the model 5 though. Everything but the impeller is fully warrantied for 3 years, the impeller has a 1 year warranty.

Sounds good, I'll look into it Soon.

So I am not missing anythign from my List Correct?

Is there anything else I should look for to Replace?

As far as I can see you're not missing anything. Other than what I mentioned I wouldn't replace anything. Heater-core style radiators, if you can push enough air through them, offer the best cooling you can get in a radiator(through the use of providing lots of tiny little channels for the water to pass through, and a high fin density, thus giving you very high surface area contacting the water, and the air going through the radiator). Anything you're missing, if you are, will probably just be like miscellaneous hardware that you can pick up at the hardware store.

Ok Cool BTW I've looked into that Pump, and I'm thinking about it, but the only problem I've seen is the Size, and with my Case its goign to be hard to make it look decent.

Yeah, the pump is pretty hefty, but it moves water like it looks like it should hehe :p

haha what do you mean by that?

Like the Water in the lines Get "Pumped" Fast and you can see it ?

I mean it's big, so you see the pump and go "damn, that thing must be a beast", and it is :p
