The CPU temperature under load seems kind of high. I run my C2D E6600 oc'ed @ 3.0ghz and on load with my silenx fans on the lowest setting I don't get above 45 (Prime95). My idle is 40.

I think your temperature are alright though.

I am thinking of getting some Yate Loons, what is the noise level like? If you say silent, are they silent as if you have to put your year next to your computer case to hear them?

Thanks

My Yate Loons are pretty quiet, but with 7 fans in the case well you know:D
The noise levels aren't bad but could be better. I'm going to get a fan controller.

My e6400 loads at 50C at 1.52V with a 24C ambient. With an Apogee mind you, so 55C seems about right. Once your thermal paste cycles a bit you might lose a few degrees.
