im not actualy doing a h20 set up, but i was just wondering, would it be posible to have a set up that goes pump(i meen uber pump, powerful one)->cpu->rad1 rad->gpu->chipset->rad2(probably more a better one then rad one)

would this work? i have a pump and water block,(no rad) but i dont plan on doing eny wc jobs any time soon(no need, i dont oc my proc, and im geting an upgrade in a few months so its not worth the time/money to set it up for noise) and i dont have the $$ to do this set up, but is it posible?

Yup. You don't even need a really really good pump. Just something over 300GPH with decent head should work.

It would work reasonably well, but that radiator would really kill your temps. Any reasonable watercooling system needs a 120mm radiator. Check out the dangerden heatercore and shroud or the dtek procore or JR-120 and shroud.
