Water cooling CPU and NB

This holiday im looking to water cool my cpu and nb. I am looking at getting a kit from Petra's shop. I was told to run my cpu on one loop and if i wanted to cool my gpu, run it on another loop. now if i were to just add the nb to the cpu loop will it still run fine or should it be on another loop? Also how would the temp in the case be if i had an sli setup with 8800 gts with fans and water with cpu and nb? Thanks in advanced
 
I'm personally a large fan of a single series loop, rather than two loops... But, if you want to do a SLI loop, and a CPU+NB loop then that's up to you.

You can easily add the NB into the CPU loop with no problems whatsoever. Just make sure you select a radiator big enough to handle your CPU load... A moderately clocked C2D would be fine with a single... but a quad core needs a double.
