I've been considering WCing the PC-V350B. Review here at hard-h2o.com.
My biggest concerns thus far has been finding a 2x120 rad that will actually fit, and the general airflow throughout the case. Mounting the rad internally without any mods is just going to blow the hot air around in the case as far as I can tell, right? Mind you, I've not done any water cooling before (total WC n00b), but I'd want some way of mounting the rad so that the fans would push air through and then out.

Parts to be cooled:
Q6700, moderate OC, to be determined when parts are received.
x1900xtx (may or may not WC, depending on how well any RAD I can find will work)

Parts used to cool:
D-TEK FuZion cpu block
Swiftech MCW60 gpu block
Swiftech MC14 memory RAM sinks
Swiftech MCP655
Masterkleer PVC Tubing
Yate Loon 120m fans

Anyone familiar with a decent rad that will fit within the 279mm width? I checked the MCR220 but it appears to be about 5mm too long to fit this, and the PA120.2 at 304mm is far too long. Is the Coolingworks Coolrad 22T decent? at 274mm, it theoretically should fit

I was considering taking out the 5.25" bays, cutting vent holes in the top, then mounting the rad below. This would have the fans taking internal air, pushing through the rad, then out the top. Then I'd take one of these StarTech drive cages and mount it vertically right in the front populated with one of these Pioneer DVR-K06 slim slot loading dual layer burners (adapter to SATA of course) and one of these Mitsumi FDD/card readers in black.

Granted, I'd have to cut into the side panel to open up for the new 5.25" bay but I think it would work out pretty well assuming the rad+fan height wasn't more than the height of the two existing 5.25" bays. Otherwise I'd mount it horizontally on the floor of the case below the fan/rad.

I've been thinking of doing the very same with hot air simply exhausting into the case (see: here). Temperatures weren't HORRIBLE, but adding a port fan or an extra side panel fan (such as in the v300 but not the v350) would definitely help. If you find a radiator that's only ~260mm long, by all means - post it here.

The smallest I've found is here: this radiator looks to be ultra-resistive, what with its many passes. However at 264mm long, I think its our best bet.
