Water cooling 6800 problems

I removed all the drivers again, started xp in safe mode, used cab cleaner and driver cleaner. Rebooted and reinstalled the drivers, wemt into SLI, restarted and started 3DMark, 150 f's later 4 bright green trapezoids and rectangles and 1 small bright blue square...lock-up. Ctrl-alt-del, half my screen was black and the other half looked like the old evga with a few error windows with jumbled words which I could not make out. Reboot-MSW online crash said error with NVIDIA graphics driver-no solution. Rebooted, went to non sli mode, started 3DMark 53 f's and it locked up again.
Now for something completely different, I rebooted yet again and my NVIDIA Raid was not detected. Reboot yet agian and I went into CMOS setup and NVIDIA raid was disabled
All my voltages are perfect and my temps are low. This is bizzare.
In the word of Elton John, where to now St.Peter?

Seems to me you are back to the basic problem solving equation. Take all cards out except on video card and disconnect everything that isn't needed to boot. If everything fine keep adding parts and drivers till you find the problem. If it don't work in basic problem solving mode then consider a new MB, ram, cpu, etc as the tests bear out.

BTW, this is a clean install of XP correct?

Yes it was a clean install on a Raptor.

I reinstalled the latest NVIDIA drivers and it passed dxdiag test but it still locks up in 3DMark.

Search the internet to see if the problem is with 3DMark. Do you get any lockups in high graphic games?

3Dmark3, 3Dmark5 both lock-up and I cannot play any games.
Dxdiag is working with the latest NVIDIA drivers.

I spent some more time with the Asus tech's today.I have to admit that they are at least sympathetic and really trying to solve my problems.
In my latest act of desperation I conected the fans to both cards and rechecked the problems-not. Same lock-ups as before. I am currnetly prime95, as the tech asked me to do. As I expected, the fx-55 is humming right along and my"low-flow" Aqua gear is up to the challenge. My temps are nothing but stable. Tomorrw I am going to pull both video cards and switch the MB bridge to non-sli and test both cards seperately. The tech also mentioned that they have experienced some problems with MB bridge, hinting that it may not have been engineered correctly.
If the problems persist after the vc swap I will change the MB. Please chime in if you have any additional ideas.
