I got into my first water cooling setup with a CM Seidon 120. Sofar very happy; installation was easy.
MB is vertical installed; even in case of leaks I would not be concerned to get drops on the electrics; though cooling might fail and kill the CPU anyway.

But my question is: how about in winter time ? Is there any precaution required for condense water ? What can be done to collect that ...

Ive yet to see condensation from using an H50, or full blown water loops

Nope, no problem in Winter.
You are not cooling below ambient.

Thanks for your feedback; as I'm folding 24/7 I expect constant warm temps inside the case.

the case will receive constant cold air to counter the warm air inside the case, unless your case where too small and/or without any kind of airflow what i doubt.. all fine.

Condensation is a concern when you have sub ambient components (acetone + dry ice, vapor change, liquid nitrogen) coming in contact with warm moist air. The air cools down on contact and the water vapor in the air condenses on the cool tubing/block. That is not what you will have in winter. You will have warm air being exhausted from your case (not a condensation concern) and your coolant will not be sub ambient (not a condensation concern). All of your parts will be warmer than the surrounding air, therefore water vapor will not condense on them.
