water color stains?

I was over on Frozencpu today and was going to snag some UV sensitive fluid to put into my EXOS system. There was a "warning" that said that the fluid stains very easily. My question is, does this stain the inside of the tubes/exos/blocks/etc?

Anyone with any experiance with this stuff let me know. It could be just a gimmick and not worth my time :)
