I bought a Polarflo CPU WaterBlock and VGA/Chipset Block all 1"2 ID. I should receive it monday or tuesday.

For some reasons I'd like to be [H]arder and make a water chiller.
If you've got any good link or how-to that would be great.

I want colder temperature than water/radiator and/or heatercore option but I don't want to use Peltier.

Post Pics if you've got a waterchiller setup !

lots of people have tried pelts to cool water. they don't work well. Phase-change systems (like gutting an old air conditioner or dehumidifier) work well - probably too well. Requires condensation-proofing everything. Although I've never seen it, I've always wanted to try using a chilled drinking fountain

I'f you're going to spend that much cash you might as well get a prommy or a vapo.

I have an my radiator (an oil cooler) mounted inside a window AC tendem with the condensor and downwind of it. I get some nice CPU temps and condensation isn't a problem because when it's running, its cooling the room as well as the water. The AC also removes moisture from the air.
