I think the quote "You get what you pay for" pretty much sums this up.
 
The Polarflo blocks are good blocks and give middle of the road performance. They have one very unique property and that's the ability to rotate the block in the mount to allow the tubing to route easier. Unlike most blocks that can only turn 180* on the mount the Polarflo blocks can rotate by fractions of a degree in either direction.
