When will waterblocks be available for these cards? are we talking maybe a month after the cards have been released?

How easy was it to take off the stock cooler on past high end ATI cards? the reason why i ask is because my 480gtx was fucking bitch to take off
 
As for taking stock coolers off, that is really dependent on the brand and model of card you get. Your general run of the mill standard card may have the coolers designed to never be touched, while an OC version, the manufacturer may have made it easier to replace the cooler with aftermarket.

As for when waterblocks will be available? That largely depends when the cards are released and and how different the PCB is from previous versions. I would say a month is probably a reasonable estimate.
