I'm planning on overclocking a q6600 to 3.6+. I've narrowed the list of potential cpu blocks to these three. Which is the best? Is there any significant difference in temps between the three? If there is a difference, how big is it likely to be?

The first link seems the most solid and better manufactured. The second one is cheaper and looks ok but I think you'll get better results with the first link.
 
I have the ApogeeGTX.
I have nothing to say but good things.
I have a GO Q6600 currently at 3.1, running at 50C full Orthos x 4 cores. My OC is limited by my MB most likely. I have an Asus P5N32-E SLI and I just dont think it likes the quad core very much.
My Apogee is currently on a Nautilus 500, cooling only the CPU.

The Apogee can be attached by either of two methods to your board......6-32 screws,springs and acorn nuts; or a newly designed backplate,plastic spacers and 3M 20mm screws. As of earlier this month all Apogees ship with the backplate, which attaches to the back of the MB via an adhesive pad. (something to think about if you change MBs frequently, its a bitch to remove......I wrote the company and got the "old" hardware so I didnt have to fuss with the adhesives). Also all the Apogees currently made come with the "bowed" modification. Used to be, you got a rubber washer with the block,had to take it apart and put the thicker washer in to modify it. The company feels the bowing gives better contact and will lower temps by 1-3 degrees over a "flat" block.
I had issues with the "new" hold-down method and I emailed Swiftech support. I got a phone call from the CEO Gabriel Rauchon......let me tell you, that guy is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. I was on the phone with him three times that day for a total of over an hour......great guy, fixed the problem, very interested in my technical problem and fixed it, period.
Buy the Swiftech.:D

You can't go wrong with either of the last two blocks. The first one is pretty much an unknown in the US.
 
The GTX is considered the quad cooling king from various user tests done over on XS. The Fuzion is the all around best block. If you're looking for serious overclocking and have a monster pump, pick the third link. If you're looking for a simple out of the box that beats most other blocks with regards to pump head, then choose the 2nd link.
 
That pump should do fine, with room to spare from the research I've done for my own system. I'm looking at a GTX or a Storm.
Also, try another web store for water cooling... you can get better selection/prices @ jab-tech, petrastech, & performance-pcs.
